This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my years of using Marriott. The charge on the website and reservation was not honored. Worst of all, they did not mention it. Rather, they hid the issue until I notice the credit card was being overcharged. Warning: Do not stay here !!! Find an honest place that charges what they say they will charge on your original emailed invoice. Also, the general manager refused to provide the invoiced rate. Simply said the rate was for Wyoming State employees only although I spoke with them over the phone to make the reservation and they knew I was coming from Vegas. The general manager argued "the emailed invoice does not have to be honored."
