| - I've been here once before and it was okay. But this time...OUCH! During the basic pedicure, I noticed something kind of stung, but thought, oh, sometimes things tickle or whatever, didn't think much of it. Then she pointed at the stinging spot and asked "What happened?" I said "Well, I didn't come in here with that hole in my skin, so you did it." The technician scrubbed the side of my foot so hard it tore the skin, about quarter of an inch, exposing blood. It wasn't bloody, but it was raw where you could see the blood if you know what I mean. I have a pic, but figured y'all wouldn't really be into seeing a picture of that. Then she didn't really say anything, just kind of giggled. As for my manicure, the polish left tiny bubbles all over my nails and hours later they were smudging and still very sticky. I didn't say anything because my friend was buying and that was sweet of her, so I didn't want to cause a stink, so, I'll just never go back. I did my nails myself the next day and they looked awesome.
