I'm giving three stars for the three things that happened that should be considered right. The girl who did my hair was professional and nice. Secondly the issue with my appointment time was fixed. *And after pressing the issue of being overcharged and miss quoted when I called to make the appointment the owner finally agreed to give me the price that was quoted over the phone. I Don't know a salon in the valley that would charge $50 to put curls in someone's hair with a curling iron for 15 minutes. When you are quoted over the phone you need to honor that price and not have to have the customer talk you into it. Especially after the fact that my appointment was booked on the wrong day you should've been doing whatever you could to make sure that I will return. I will never come back. It is unheard of to charge someone $50 to put curls in their hair. Certainly not the customers fault that your employees are not quoting the correct price. My guess is you're probably taking advantage that it is prom and increasing your rates for all of these young girls that were stacked up in your lobby? I have my hair styled once a month at different salons throughout the valley, higher end as well and I have never ever been charged such an astronomical price. $30 . You are a business owner, you had a huge opportunity to have a raving fan. Flawed systems.
