Bought a very expensive movable, queen sized, foam mattress from Tyndall more than a month ago.
STILL don't have a fully functional bed.
Motor on the first base (it's not really a box spring) burned out immediately - like before the delivery guys left. Left an awful smell in the house for three days. Store promised a replacement in a week.
Second base arrived. Delivery guys swapped it out, played with the remote for a minute, said it was fine and left. As soon as they left, we couldn't make the remote work. Service person from store was here in less than 10 minutes. First, he told us the wiring in our house was bad and the reason why the bed didn't work. What?????? Then he decided that it wasn't the household wiring. It was the wiring in the bed. Two of the three functions worked but if we tried the third, we essentially disabled all of them or locked up the motor. He said it would take more weeks to get a replacement from the California factory.
Two more weeks have passed. They didn't show up on the day promised. We had to call to ask where they were. It's taken two more days to get a delivery appointment for the THIRD base. And it's been more than four weeks since the original purchase.
Disgraceful for such a big ticket (almost $5K) item!
