After installing a brand new unit, our air stopped at 10PM that night. Their 24 hour service consists of an answering service after 10PM. We had the sales rep's cell number though and she got a hold of the installation manager. He let us know that they would pickup a hotel room and that we should not feel obligated to stay in the house in the heat. They sent a reimbursement for the room and took care of us.
I am not thrilled about the inconvenience and it uncovered an opportunity for improvement but they took care of everything and made sure it worked.
In this world, it's not if you make a mistake, it's how you address the error and grow from it. Wolff made it right and everything worked out in the end.
