  • Buyer beware! Their warranty is only good in Madison. I was passing through town and needed tires. They sold me tires with the promise that I would be covered nationwide. But when I was in the South and had problems, the warranty wasn't valid because I was out of Madison. I called the shop and was told that I should have read the fine print on my invoice. They will only cover flats, etc if you go to their local Wisconsin shops. For defects, you can try to deal directly with the manufacturer. Most Meineke locations do not work this way. It's a franchise, and the stores resolve warranty issues among themselves. This is a challenge that is unique to Madison.
