  • Service was friendly and responsive despite the fact that the working crew was very busy when I dropped my car off. They fixed the hood of my car for no cost and charged me $310 for an electrical window issue, which was comparable to competitors in Oakland. The only problem was that the window stopped working the way they had it after 2 days, although the major issue was fixed. I can't complain, because they don't specialize in German repair and they had to order a part to fix it.
