Not once, but twice, I have walked out of this location. Is it policy at Five Guys to squash a burger with the spatula as it is being grilled? Worse, is it policy to cut the edge to see if it's done? Anyone who knows how to cook a burger knows you don't do this and yet I've watched it happen on two consecutive visits. Mentioned it to the "manager" the first time and got what amounted to an admission it shouldn't happen. Who wants a dry burger? Have not been back.
