  • I can absolutely understand their 3 1/2 star rating! What a HUGE disappointment and waste of time. I was told that a repair for my washer would be $250 and I gave them the model number asking that if it were any more money, to be called. The repairman showed up at said it would cost $370! I asked him to call his office and he was told they could do it for $300. I told him I was going to check everything out and get back to him. My husband just wanted it fixed so he called them back on the same day (Wednesday) and we were told they would be here on Friday. On Thursday I got a call and was told that they could not come on Friday any longer and would be available the following Tuesday. Terrible communications in the office and absolutely unprofessional. Beware when using this company! I would not recommend them to anyone!
