  • Decided to give it a try after being at Banfield for two years and I will never go back to Banfield. The facility is so clean and has nice open rooms (some with huge windows) which made my anxiety prone dog so much more comfortable. They were up front about what I did NOT need to spend money on that day and I did not feel like there were all these extra fees tacked onto the bill like there are at Banfield. They spent time really getting to know my dog and actually seemed to genuinely care. She even clipped my dogs nails right there in front of me at no charge. Overall I highly recommend this place to anyone near the uptown area looking for a vet.
