  • Unbelievable this company gets away with all kinds of crap! First of all they try and hook you in with a long-term contract. But you better be very careful this company is unethical! The prices kept on going up out of nowhere pretty soon I'm up to $90 a month just for Internet! So I finally had enough and switched over to CenturyLink. When I called to cancel the guy from Cox cable would not let me cancel my service kept on going on and on and on about it's only $90 a month would you like to keep your service? I said no I want to cancel about 50 times I said no I want to cancel!!!!! But he would not give up he kept on saying there certain procedures we have to follow and how about if you keep your service at $90 a month? He talked bad about the competition and said have you heard how bad they are? I said I don't care it's half the price and so far we haven't had any problems with century link. I think they hire the worst scam artist in the world to work for them I feel sorry for senior citizens that will definitely get taken advantage of treatment like this because they will just give up and say OK fine I'll keep the service even other charging them out rages fees for the service!!! I will never ever get Cox cable again mainly because this guy was so harassing and condescending! They've lost a customer for life! If I was you I would never get Cox cable worst company to work with ever!!!!
