  • I have been renting from RPM for about 2 years now and find it really easy. I use their drop box for my rent because I work pretty late a night and they don't have to be open to use it. Also, I have had good luck with their maintenance - I put the request online and then a tech reaches out to me and actually fixes stuff when they come out. Before RPM I rented another place in Surprise and I had to use a warranty company and it took them forever to come out and then they never fixed anything. I find them responsive.
