  • 2 stars for the office and staff - overall they are pretty good, much like others have said - prepare for a long wait to schedule, sometimes feel a bit rushed, etc. 1 star for a recent experience with their big PCA products sale advertised at 20% off. Sounds like a great deal until you discover that their regular prices are HIGHER than anywhere else you could possibly buy (including PCA website). With their "discount", I saved a couple bucks over a regular price elsewhere. Lesson learned - I will not be buying ANY products there again.
