  • I would give Cox no stars if I could. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. I just recently moved to henderson and picked cox service for their Internet and cable. I chose their Internet because unfortunately they are the only ones that offer Internet speeds that a normal person could even use. Century link offers 5mps Internet which is just ridiculous. Anyway I didn't even have the service for 1 week and their technicians had to come out twice to fix the service. The Internet and cable went completely out. The technician who initially installed the equipment did so incorrectly I found out. When the second technician left the cable began having problems. I couldn't belive it! Instead of calling cox a third time and having to wait all day for someone to come out a third time I finally just cancelled the entire service. I only had the service for one week and had their separate issues! You can't even make appointments with this company because they cancel them or move your appointment without even telling you. Save your time, energy and money and at least go through direct tv for cable. This company sucks and cares nothing about pleasing their customers and providing them with a quality service!
