Great Customer Service!!!!
My Aunt had an issue while she was on vacation with her account be double charged by a hotel. When she contacted her bank, they attempted to reach out to the hotel and the hotel's corporate office to resolve the issue. When they could not get it resolved, the bank reviewed the account and refunded her the money. The bank said they will address the corporate office of the hotel to get a refund.
Within 5 hours of attempting to resolve the issue, the bank chose to take a proactive approach and refund her money immediately.
