  • My husband and I first visited Pork on a Fork a few months ago and it was amazing. The service wasn't the best but the delicious BBQ made up for it. We have been dying to take my mom so this past Saturday we decided to let her check out this hidden gem. Unfortunately our experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. The individuals working had us repeat our order at LEAST 6 times and then they still didn't get it right. It seemed like some of their friends came in and their focus shifted to their wants/needs. We followed the rules and ordered our french fries at the beginning of our order. When we went to pay, they forgot to charge us and then proceeded to charge us but never made the fries. We had to go back and remind them that we ordered them. A few of the workers didn't know answers to basic menu questions. The food came out and the meat was extremely dry and such a disappointment. It seemed like the pork had been in a crockpot all day and needed to be lathered in sauce. The sides had very little flavor. The overall quality was extremely poor and I am so disappointed. We will definitely not be returning.
