  • Hot water tank burst in the middle of a shower, had to go to work shortly after. Got to work frustrated knowing this is really going to cost me. Remembered I had a home warranty and I called them up to see what kind of situation I'm really in, they said no issue and contracted RDN to me. Nick? I believe it was arrived promptly this morning from RDN, was extremely professional and was more than generous with information regarding the draining of the tank on a bi-yearly basis (something of which I did not know to do). He was polite and cleaned up after himself. They alleviated my issue and made me very happy. They're a little out of my range for basic needs as I live roughly 40 minutes from Homestead but I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Awesome folks.
