  • Tonight we went to AT&T to see what we could do about reducing our phone plan cost. We got there and no one acknowledged us. We went around 6:00/6:30. You would think this would be a busy time and they would be fully staffed but we only see one employee. My fiancĂ© called another location and the gentlemen on the phone said that he was the only one at that specific location and he was going to be another 30 minutes. Sounds absurd! I just felt like the customer service was not what it should be. Especially for a large company. Needless to say we didn't have high hopes for resolving this issue. It gets better!!!! We went to Best Buy where we met Wil in the Best Buy Mobile area. We can't say enough amazing things about him. His customer service was ABOVE AND BEYOND. He acted as if we were the only customers and he never made us feel rushed. He was extremely knowledgeable and beyond kind in explaining all of our options. He was friendly to other customers who walked up and asked questions. Just simply amazing. I hope he gets to see this along with his managers! We will always get our phone from Best Buy mobile now! Thanks Wil! We will enjoy our new iPhones! (:
