We paid for a part at the store on Marks in Henderson and drove to the Maryland Parkway to pick it up. The worthless female that was in charge would not help in anyway. The store was supposedly closed because the electricity was out. Every light was on in the store. She would not go in the store for the product though it was paid for. She would not acknowledge on the receipt that we needed our money back though according to her we could only get money back from the Maryland Parkway store. "Just drive back tomorrow". I asked what the compensation would be for driving from Henderson twice. "10% off". Of an $8 purchase. Obviously Customer Service is her forte. Good Job Angela! We aren't the only customers not going back. People after us were promised stuff at 6 pm and were turned back.
