  • I just moved from DC a few months ago and have been trying to find a good salon with affordable rates. After getting a bad haircut in January (somewhere else), I came in and had an appointment with Steph Hamp. The salon is super adorable and wonderfully decorated. I waited for a bit after my appointment time, and got there pretty early, but I was still optimistic. Well this was the best decision! Steph was amazing!!! She took time to look at my hair, look at pictures of what I wanted, and let me ask about a thousand questions. She really took her time and was very thorough. She quickly noticed the mistakes from my last cut and did a great job fixing it! My last cut (the bad one - took less than 10 minutes) but Steph spent almost an hour and a half with me, even though I was her last client for the day and I am sure she wanted to get home to her family. She did exactly what I asked for (modern shag with side bangs), while making sure it worked with my hair, and then styled it perfectly with beachy waves! She made some great recommendations for products and techniques to use. I am SO happy I found them and so thankful I was scheduled with Steph. I highly recommend her and will be my scheduling my appointments early because I know she gets booked quickly. Thanks again Steph!!! You're the best!
