  • We LOVED our stay here. With that said we also had a suite and a kick ass view (which I think most have good views) but I'm talking...it (the suite) literally made the trip to get up and be directly by the sunrise and just to have such a great space to move around in. Turned out the living space was worth it just because when we wanted to relax or when my partner had to work we were able to have our own spaces. Bathtub and shower were EVERYthing, I took a bath everyday, & bed was so comfy it was perfect. Room service was delicious. Staff were attentive. Get the calamari at Jade Bar. All drinks were great but after 4 or 5, aren't they all great? Honestly, we had the same server in Jade every night and thanks to alcohol I can't for the life of me remember her name & we didn't take receipts. She has very short hair and she was so beautiful and just a joy to dine with! I will email Sanctuary to find out her name. (Update) her name was Julie Anderson! We also loved Revy by the pool. He was fun and attentive and just laid back. This is a luxury resort but we are just chill people who enjoy spending money but we like to be relaxed and not feel so catered to that we can't function, he was just cool and casual but never left us needing anything. Perfect atmosphere. Only negative for us was the AM pool staff. The times drink service were supposed to start never really seemed to be the case and many mornings we were still waiting for towels and what have you around 10 or later. I would eventually get them but everyone there before 11 that puts out towels and sets up just seemed to really hate their life LOL...which is fine because they probably partied too hard the night before and we really didn't care because we are so chill...but they were just kind of energy zapping so we stopped going so early because they were dragging around looking miserable and we just like to keep our zen and happiness rolling. Other than that, concierge, door-men, EVERYthing was awesome and coming back to the area, we wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. Just upgrade your room and get the suite, you'll thank me later!
