  • Why in the world didn't I drop Century Link years ago! We had the friendliest assistant (Chris Ferman ) help us with their services. How refreshing! He was so helpful and professional. He didn't try to sell us unwanted packages, he only listened and gave us just what we wanted. The technician ,Clint, arrived promptly on time and was so quick and thorough. We have had NO problems with cable and the internet speed is so quick it's hard to understand why we ever had Century Link. Thank you Cox
