  • Horrible service, they never called back for blood work results, I kept calling every week and the receptionist said the doctor is busy, and that she would call back and never did, it has been a month, I gave up. They wanted to put our dog down, but we had a second opinion at the ER Vet that they referred us to, had we listen to Dr. Hauser, we wouldn't have our dog today. Also, they always mess up our appointment, saying we had the wrong date or time.
