  • Although they are nice to your face, they don't know what they're doing. I've brought my car a few time there to do an oil change and after my car started having problems. Major problems! I just went to Jiffy lube to change my oil and they showed me my filter, it was super dark, and I just changed my oil a month ago with Sun auto. Jiffy lube also told me that they didn't replace my filter correctly, it was loose and asked me if I was leaking oil. Sun Auto say they top of your oils but yet they forgot to top of my transmission fluid. When I felt a sputter in my car, they test drove it and told me it was just the bumps in the road. I took it back then they said it need transmission fluid. So they filled it and my car started smoking out the same night they filled it. Went back there the next day to check why my car is smoking out and they said, they filled it too much and I had oil all over my engine. This is only a few issues that have occurred there. There are more with my car and my husband's car. Bottom line, They are nice to your face but they have no idea what they are doing there. They cause more problem to your vehicles. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!
