  • Adopted a cat from here that I found out a few days later was sick and not eating. I took it to an independent vet and was told of its issues, so I brought the cat back to the Humane Society and was told they would treat the cat and reunite us if the treatments were successful. Got a call a week later and fortunately the cat was better, but that I was responsible for $500 worth of treatments. Unfortunately I couldn't pay that kind of money. Beware of this facility.
