  • My boyfriend and I went in for a pedicure and they were very rough with our feet. We came in a second time thinking that maybe they were just having an off day but the second time around they were still terrible! They dig into my toe to rip out an ingrown toe nail, and while I know that process is unpleasant, she just kept going for a good 5-7 minutes of pure pain. My hands were fisted together and my face pinched, I had to tell her to stop! On top of that, we purchased a pedicure package that had a hot stone massage and they hardly applied pressure when they were rubbing them on our feet. They were throwing trash in the water while my feet were soaking... just a terrible experience. I will not be returning
