Don't ever rent from Enterprise unless you purchase the LDW coverage. I got charged $500 for a tiny ding on the bottom front bumper that a) may have been there when I rented the car; and b) could have easily been suction-cupped out. But no, they'd rather charge customers the hypothetical cost of repairs and the loss of use for the amount of time it's hypothetically unavailable to rent. I say "hypothetical", because I know for a fact they never got that car repaired. (I saw it on their lot 6 months later, and the ding was still there on the bumper.) From now on I stick with other car rental companies at their airport locations. They're always too busy to check for anything that minor when the car is returned, and nobody inspects the car with you at the beginning. I hope they enjoyed that $500, because it's the last money they'll ever get from me. If you're in a pinch and absolutely need to rent from an Enterprise location, use the video feature on your phone and videotape the inspection with the agent before you get behind the wheel. Also check out the interior (they don't go over it with you); make sure the agent is aware of any damage, or to note that the car smells like cigarettes so that you don't get stuck paying for something you didn't do. I absolutely do not recommend ever renting from this location.
