  • I could only wish that my YMCA in NJ could even compare to this one! We have been long time members of the Y and; it has only just dawned on us that you can work out at other locations, including Canada! This is an easy location to find in Mississauga, there are two parking lots, which say by permit only, but is not enforced . Check in is took about 5 minutes, they took our information and off we went. This place is sprawling with a full sized basketball court, pool, spin studio, indoor running track and a full cardio lab and weight section. They also have a full class schedule. The gym is very clean and have sanitizing wipes stations all over the cardio/weight area. The staff there is very helpful and friendly and like my YMCA the patrons are of all ages, races and skill levels. I'm glad we have a gym away from home to work out at, sorry we didn't realize it sooner!
