  • I was in this store on February 21, 2015. The store was very busy, but my wait time was reasonable. Was greeted at the door and informed of the number of people ahead of me. Received assistance from Renee and " Izzy" (sorry if I got the name wrong) . Both were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. All employees in the store seemed to be happy and appeared to enjoy their job. The atmosphere was friendly. Definitely will continue to use this location as my verizon contact. Oh, and I want to mention that the manager, which I didnt catch his name, was standing at the counter while I paid and assisted Renee to complete my transaction and he was very friendly and cordial also. Thanks so much to the employees at this store.
