I scheduled an online appointment for the installation of a Contour DVR. The confirmation email was received, but the appointment never honored. No calls or email to apologize for not showing up.
On calling their help-desk and giving them the order reference #, they just said they cannot see such an order, pulled up their shoulders with a "sorry," - and that's that.
Reading all the reviews on this page, one just realizes that Cox does not care a damn about customer service. Bad, bad, bad!!!!
