I walked into the store and it was completely empty and I was ignored for about 10 minutes until I walked up to the counter. The guy behind the counter came off so arrogant and rude basically telling me to go to the website anytime I asked how much something cost. Not sure what the point of the store is if they don't have any interest in providing any sort of customer service. Anytime I asked him a question he acted as if it was such a huge hassle to answer or as if I was supposed to know the answer to my own questions! I hope the owner of the store is reading this and understands that simply because of the way I was treated by his employee I decided to spend my $4000 somewhere else! Visit date was Sept 30 2016 after 5pm. This employee does not belong in customer service or retail.
