  • The actual movers were really helpful and really committed to the job. They were a little late due to traffic but they stayed late and made sure the job was finished. It was a pleasure to work with them. The reason for the bad review comes from the owner/manager. He is aggressive and paranoid. The move was harder and took longer than expected. When the movers reached their agreed time, the owner/manager wanted them to walk off the job still leaving the beds to move. Fortunately they stayed and finished the job. There was a misunderstanding and I thought my fiance paid in advance. I left my phone in the living room and went to bed. Turns out she had not paid yet. The owner called my phone four times from 9:30 to 11:30 pm. He texted me saying he would come find me. When I didn't answer he called my fiance on her bachelorette party. After the third call and an email threatening small claims court, she answered and he yelled at her for stiffing him. She paid via credit card over the phone. I called him once I woke up but no answer and he has not apologized to me or my fiancĂ©. We always intended to pay and would have returned the phone call the next morning. The drama was not necessary.
