| - Where do I begin? I bought a couch, and king size bed here (together coming to about $4,800) the couch seemed alright.. for about a month. then the arm starts to cave in on the right side. Now I am waiting for this Friday for them to come out and assess what's going on, about 2 weeks after playing phone tag with the claims people (who btw are impossible to get a hold of it seems pretty much anytime you call, so your forced to leave a message.) of calling in about said problem. Then the bill for the bed comes in a month after I get that, boy oh boy. First when I got the bed, I had originally gotten a queen, then decided I could move stuff around and go bigger with a king size. I go back to get a king, and they don't tell me about a $85 exchange for the delivery/removal of the bed. THEN they lie to me about saying they'll throw me the same quality matress protector on the bigger bed.. Then they screw me on that, giving me some cheap quality crap protector that's like paper to cover my $2,500 (before taxes, frame, protectors and my now 2nd delivery fee) bed. When I go into question what happened he comes out with this song and dance saying "Ohhhhh! I am sorry I couldn't get you that same quality for free on this" even tho he cleeeeeearly said we would be getting dri tech 5.0 which he claims to be "the best in the west". nope. Then, he "forgets" to tell me about the $85 exchange/delivery fee. all he told me about for "fees" was a "$15 hot shot " option I could make use of to get the bed delivered that night. So now that I've had the arm on my couch arm sink in (on a side that doesn't even get used for that matter.) a bed that I got screwed on the sheets and with a hidden delivery cost, I come to find in the pamphlet that if you can find the same set/bed at a cheaper price within 30 days they will beat or match the competitors price. I find the same bed at macys under under different name (which you can match the item numbers on the beds, it is the same bed with a different name) they try to tell that because the bed is a couple hundred cheaper at the local store that "while you got a 40" tv with the deal, there you wouldn't have"... uhm, if it's a free tv, it shouldn't affect the price of the deal they are still saying they would offer. The deal anyways was a 40" tv after spending $2,000, which, even if they honored the price match deal at macys, the bed would be a little under $2,000... factor in the frame, that I DID PAY FOR...I would be over 2,000 again! So, am I getting a "free" tv, or not? With the way they are trying to explain it, obviously not. I'm paying for the tv, PLUS some!!!!, with them not honoring the price match deal. Going in to talk to them face to face is worthless because they give you a bunch of confusing run around and pretty much ignore what your saying til it's their turn to hi you with a broken record of lies. I would never go back here again. I am sorry I ever gave them my business. I gave them every opportunity to do it the right way, and the refused to honor it. Stay away and find a different furniture store, or find what you think you like and look online for a better deal on what you are looking at before committing to this place. It's unreal how they can treat someone so badly who spent so much money with them.
