  • I am only ever going to this Sports Authority again! After an awful experience at the Indian Bend one, a friend recommended trying this location, as it is the biggest producer or something? And it was a completely different experience! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and someone offered to help me as soon as I stopped in the fitness department. I told them what I was looking for (a full size med ball without handles) and he immediately knew what I was talking about. He said they didn't have any on the floor, but to follow him so they could check the back. After multiple employees searched the back rooms, they concluded that they must be out, but were sorry and would order more. Then, one of them suggested that we check the Pink (breast cancer awareness) display. Sure enough, there was exactly what I was looking for, and in bright pink! Couldn't have been more amazing! Plus, the monster walk I found at the other SA had prices marked on it at this one! A manager even came to help ring me up and gave me an incentive on the ball since the 4 lbs were marked down but the 6 lbs weren't. Since she felt bad that I had gone through so much strife at another location, and the med ball I was getting was in a slightly ripped box, she gave me an incentive off of it! I couldn't believe what a 180 this was from the S*** Authority at the Pavilions! Also, they have a much bigger apparel section with ridiculous sales! Definitely going back to stock up!
