  • I called him to give me a quote on my backyard installation. He set a time and day that worked for him, then on the day he selected he tried to change it on me and since I didn't have any other time..he seemed bothered. He did come anyway. He went out there and measured the yard and gave me some recommendations that he was going to build in to the quote. He told me that it would take 2 weeks to get me the quote. Let me tell you, he never ever sent me a quote and it's been months. He never followed up or anything. Guess he's too busy.
