  • Referred here by acquaintances who highly recommended the mortgage services. We own a home, with $120k in equity. We wanted to either streamline or refinance and get our mortgage payment down, especially the PMI. I was contacted back promptly by a female employee and was impressed by that. However, the conversation took a turn for the worst. She was absolutely rude, and made it very clear that I was a burden to her and preceded to tell me there was nothing they could do really. Her estimate was to lower our payment by approximately $50. I was in shock. It made NO sense. I've spent 7+ years in the banking industry and knew she was trying to get on with her day, me, being a bother. What's funny Is, we just finished our streamline elsewhere, and our payment dropped $350. I will NEVER recommend this place. I was made to feel like a piece of trash.
