  • Just an update from whoever decides to use this rip off company whether you are an owner or renter. They are a middle man. My landlord communicated with me because he was not getting any information from RPMLV. Once we started discussing housing issues and what they were repairing on the property and the charges that RPMLV were applying to me (the renter) and him (the landlord) was crazy. I have a great relationship with our homeowners. Our landlord decided to bail on RPMLV and what a relief to both him and I. There are no longer hidden costs and no longer gaps or partial information. This company charges for everything to the owner then double bangs the renter. STAY AWAY! If you decide to go with them, I give you one year.
