  • The WORST!!!!! I just moved from Milwaukee to Madison. I have a little dog who, like most dogs, hates being groomed. Unfortunately he is a shih tzu , so there is no way around it. I took the day off work to get him in. I was called about 30 minutes latter telling me to pick him up, he is to "stressed" be cut. That the stress was bad for his health......Please understand I have never written a review in my life, but the level of unprofessionalism and the fact that a groomer wont groom a dog because " he is stressed" is absolutely absurd! I have 3 dogs, and I will NEVER EVER buy another product or take one of my animals near a Pet Smart EVER again!
