  • I have never used Yelp before but was told that I needed to go on here and review this place. I have decided to make this Anonymous since I'm still in the market for a gently used BMW. Not sure if I will return here or not, but this is my honest opinion Beautiful cars on the lot Looks to have a great service department -2 stars for Travis, Sales Manager This was my first stop since I had shopped at their old location in Mesa years ago. I loved the atmosphere and everyone was knowledgeable and down to earth no-pressure there and figured I would give it a go at the "new, bigger and better" location I came in a few days ago looking for a 3-series BMW. I was greeted promptly by Kiernan and he was exceptional, i felt instantly comfortable with him. We talked about a wide variety of topics not to mention he knew his way around the lot and knew quite a bit about the car I had come in to test drive. I was instantly thinking to myself he was a driven young individual and will make it far in the sales business and I wish him great luck and I may return to purchase said vehicle or another from him in the future. In fact, I was at his desk with a substantial amount of cash in my pocket ready to take this particular car home... Unfortunately all the nice things I can say about the amazing cars they have on the lot and the tremendous help I had received from Keirnan went straight out the window when the "sales manager" came and sat down. Travis is the type of personality I have grown to hate when shopping for cars. He's the sort of reason I shy away and want to be left alone as I browse the lot looking for that perfect vehicle that jumps out at me. Within minutes any rapport I had with Certified Benz and Beemer went out the window. He came in the sales area and we shook hands and then it all went downhill. He instantly was talking AT me. His words seems forced and I can not think of one word that came from his mouth that seemed genuine or honest. He threw every sleazy car salesman trick in the book at me. He sat ON the desk and spoke DOWN to me when there was a perfectly good office chair with a computer in front of it so we can talk face to face like men. Any of my concerns about the vehicle were dismissed and shrugged off, almost without being acknowledged. I will hold my tongue but he had my adrenaline pumping pretty good in just those short few minutes. I wanted out of that cubicle and I couldn't get away fast enough. Again, the cars on the lot are 2nd to none, they were clean, organized and I just may purchase a vehicle in the future. I had to wait a few days before posting here because I just may have put a 1 star rating out of anger. I was back and fourth about 4 stars but ultimately will give 3 stars so this gets the attention of someone higher up.
