I must say I love me some Best Buy. I admit that sometimes it might be a little difficult to find help when you need right at that moment but if you wait a minute and look around rather than standing in the same spot, you will find someone.
Every time we go to the store, it has been a really pleasant and easy experience. No hassle, no struggles. We always have an idea of what we want and/or need and have it pretty much narrowed down ourselves. It helps to do some research on an item that you are going to by before hand yourself, rather than rely on any sales associate to give you the gospel. Most of the time they are just trying to make the sale.
Our last visit, we had two different staff help us and both were neither pushy nor trying to shove a more expensive model in our face. After we decided what we were getting, they both each individually rang us up. So we didn't have to wait in any lines up front. Most associates will always ring you up so that you don't have to go to the front line.
