I've been trying to cancel my membership with this location for 6 MONTHS now and I haven't gotten anywhere but a deeper hole in my pocket! When I first called, I was told I could ONLY cancel at the gym even though I told the gentleman I moved farther away. I decided to try again today so I can finally stop paying for something I'm not using and NOW I'm finally told there is another option but it has to be certified mail... Now does this make sense?! I want to cancel my membership so I can save money yet they want me to PAY MONEY to cancel my membership? When I tried to ask for the manager who could help, I was then told she's not actually there and to call back tomorrow. I JUST WANT MY MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED PEOPLE!!
