  • I am a RH fan and this store is incredible. They have done a very nice job showcasing their products and this flagship store lets you come in, sit down and enjoy the RH experience before you bring it home. That said, I rated it 3 stars due to the lackluster customer service. 2 of the 3 times I have been treated as if I was visiting a museum and the arrogant tour guides just want you to leave. RH would benefit from having better staff and earning my money not only with great products but with great customer care as well. For being a nice Scottsdale location I was not impressed with the way I was handled. I took my money elsewhere.
