When my family and I got off our plane at the Southwest terminal we immediately spotted Quaker steak & lube and made a mental note of having dinner there before we left for home the following week. We entered QS&L around 5:30 P.M and since our plane didn't leave till 7 right across from the restaurant, we settled right in. When we got there they had only one other table occupied and we saw only one waitress. We knew what we wanted before sitting down so our orders were placed almost immediately as a couple other tables started to fill. Our food came out after about 10 minutes and as we ate I heard the waitress tell other tables that the kitchen was now closed and they were only serving drinks. Everything we ordered was correct (extra crispy) food was good and my wings, though not jumbo, were done perfectly with my Garlic sauce and Thaiasian combo. Service did seem a bit slow on drink refills and when I asked for a box for leftovers, well it just never came before I had to run off for my plane. Overall it was o.k, I guess just what you expect for an airport restaurant, Aloha
