rev:text	Terrible. Just terrible. We had a full pack and a move to a different city a couple of hours away. The packers randomly chose what they wanted to pack, leaving a bunch of stuff for us to have to go back and pack ourselves, including pictures on the walls, shower curtain, dry goods (they do have a policy for things they can't take such as cleaning supplies and aerosols; they left many many other things not included in those categories. Enough to fill my SUV when I went back to get them). Tossed my plants upside down in the same bins with food. They were understaffed for both packers and movers. For the last 40% of my belongings, the movers asked "are you taking this?" I also overheard them discussing my things as "garbage" which was pretty hurtful on an already very stressful day. No, my stuff is not great. We don't have a lot of money. One mover left halfway through the move due to a prior engagement no one else seemed to know about in advance. At the new house, they put boxes in all the wrong rooms. This was not entirely the movers' fault as the packers employ a labeling system for the bins indicating where the bin should go. Unfortunately they do not remove the labels after the previous move so there are many labels on each box, rendering this system useless. One mover told me if I need the box with the internet modem in it, I should look for the one with only one piece of tape on it (???!!!!!). Thanks? I'll never use this company or a full pack option with any company again. What a miserable experience.
