  • Do you know what? I can't seem to make my mind up about this Barnes and Noble- I just can't read it. A couple of times I've been in there I've had some great service. There was one really nice, shorter girl just a few days ago who sold me a member card who was just really cool and helpful but the majority of the times I've been there over the last year I've dealt with some bad employees. One time, I was returning an item and the girl who ended up helping me (Adrian) was just pretty blank, and seemed very uninterested in her job. She wasn't really rude, but seemed unhappy or broody. Then another time I was trying to find a book and got "help" from this lady Rachele? Rachel? Rochelle? at the customer service desk and she was just the biggest b*tch to me. She just could not for the life of her find it in herself to be nice. After she located the book for me I thought I probably ruined her whole week by putting her up to that terrible conquest. Anyways this location sucks most of the time. Barnes and Noble? More like Barnes and A**holes.
