When it's been good, it's been efficient visits with kind doctors. However, it's either a hit or miss and I'm tired of the inconsistency. I have been turned away because they wouldn't have time before the end of the night, even when I had an appointment at 5:30 pm and was there for that time. When I scheduled an appointment for the next morning, it was a quick in and out so I couldn't complain.
Another time, I scheduled a 7 am appointment for a Friday morning with Dr. Choong. I was sent a confirmation email two days before and got up early to make my appointment before work... except he did NOT show up and there was no explanation/message beforehand or after to explain why. I stayed for 45 minutes outside the clinic before I had to rush to work and when I called the customer service team, a rude male agent showed zero empathy, trying to reschedule me for a 10 am appointment when I explained to him I would be at work and telling me I cancelled my own appointment on the 9th (I made the appointment that day and got a confirmation email the day after so that doesn't make sense). Then when I asked for his name, he abruptly transferred me to the 275 Dundas West clinic to - surprise - no answer for my phone call.
Honestly, you're better off checking other facilities because they do not accommodate people's work schedules and don't respect your time.
