I was always told Nordstrom has exceptional service, but I guess that doesn't trickle over to their online ordering. I ordered 3 items and received a notice FIVE DAYS LATER that one of the items isn't in stock - well it was in stock when I ordered it and you took so long to fulfill the order that someone else probably bought it in the interim! Tried their online chat support - completely useless - they don't have access to anything. I called their 24 hour support and they are a bit more useful but still not complete. Nordstrom needs to hold the items when someone places an order so the person that ordered it gets it. This is just like that Seinfeld episode, "you know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to HOLD the reservation". Won't shop here again.
