  • The DB Burger exceeded my expectations last night and I'm craving one today :( The burger was wonderful and I could unfortunately not finish it. My boyfriend was able to but he was completely stuffed by the end. I swear the Wynn/Encore has the best fries ever. I am in love with the room service french fries and order the fries anytime I stay there but have to say that Daniel Boulud Brasserie could possibly make the best fries I have ever had. The interior of the restaurant is understated and I'm sure it's due to it being next to the waterfall show. I have to note that the bathroom at the restaurant is pretty fabulous. Unfortunately, the service here was hugely disappointing. Waiter #1 took our order, Waiter #2 brought out our food. We ate our food and sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to stop by. Finally, Waiter #3 packed up our food and asked if we wanted dessert which we turned down as we had to go home. We asked him for the check. After 15 minutes we asked Waiter #4 to get our check for us. Waiter #3 came back after another 5 more minutes and gave us our check and then after a 10 minute wait, Waiter #5 took our check and gave us our change. The service was extremely unorganized and I hope that this was just a fluke, especially since this a Michelin star rated restaurant. I guess I'll see when I come back to get another burger and try the other items on the menu :)
