  • Been trying to pick up a letter in there for the past 4 days. No one is ever at the pickup window they're always out on a never ending lunch. And the lines are out the door because they're so slow. I guess I shouldn't expect anything else. Just a group of government workers counting the days to their pension who really don't give a damn about customer service. Just another thing that makes this country great. Maybe someone in the system could look at this location and fix it?
