  • This has got to be by far the worst Verizon store ever. I wish I could give it negative stars. I came in to just switched my daughter's phone over. I have been here for over 40 mins and just ignored the whole time. I haven't even received a hello. I gotten a look. But that is about it. I understand there is only one person working but at least don't ignore a client. Not sure the girls name was working as she never talked to me. Love the service here.
